RETURNS
You have up to 14 days to change you mind as a standard procedure. You may be subject to shipping costs.
You can either arrange the delivery to our return address or we can arrange collection for you on the day that best suits you. Cost of collection can be provided on request.
To be eligible for a return, goods must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
PACK IN GREEN will only cover the cost of return if:
- the products received are either damaged or faulty or incorrect.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue accordingly.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund to you.
